I came to the board to look for the same answer that Marie was looking for. I am also not negative but did read her book twice and listened to the audio book as well and would like to get confirmation that what she wrote is the truth to be more bold when promoting her book. She said that she expected the rapture in 2009 but if she did not see her church or house she was promised by God, how can it be?
Anybody have knowledge to this question?

 According to scripture, we are supposed to test all spirits, and the Word of God is to be the final authority for the believer. Thru them, we can discern right from wrong, good from evil, and truth from error; if we will heed what it says.
 Consider these facts concerning Choo Thomas:
1. She states in her book that Bush would be the last end-time president. This has proven to be false.
2. Choo Thomas endorsed Shelby Corbitt’s false prophecy about the rapture in 2007. See 2007Rapture.com. Choo Thomas posted this false prophecy on her own website under the January 12, 2007 post.
3. In Feb. 2009, she announced that the tribulation has already begun. I've posted some of her message below:

During 2006, 2007 and 2008 God showed so many Christians the rapture as well as some unbelievers. These visions made so many people excited about the rapture and at the same time some of us were very disappointed because it had not happen yet. I believe God wanted to stir our hearts up for the rapture so we can be prepared for it at anytime.
The Lord told me a few months ago that the tribulation has already begun. He is warning and preparing people for the rapture but realized not many are paying attention to the signs of the rapture and they will be very surprised because He is going to only bring those who are ready and waiting for Him. God also said He has given enough chances for everybody to be ready for His coming. Now the tribulation has begun and this means the rapture could happen at any time for those who are ready and waiting.

Any true teacher of the Word of God would rebuke and warn. I will boldly do so now. It would take too long to explain why this is absolutely wrong; but if you or anyone else would do an in-depth study on the tribulation in the bible yourself; you will realize this is gross error, and deception.

Suffice it to say that we should not marvel at false apostles, deceitful workers, pretending to be apostles of Christ because Satan also transforms to an angel of light so his ministers do the same thing pretending to be ministers of righteousness (2Corinthians 11:13-15). Choo Thomas says she can’t control the shaking, sweating, pain, and violent outbursts when her Holy Spirit comes on her, but the Scriptures say that the “spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets” for God is not the author of confusion, but of peace as in all churches (1 Corinthians 14:32,33). Choo Thomas’ book has replaced the Bible for some, but we must hold onto the faithful Word that through sound doctrine we can exhort others (1Titus 1:9). Additionally, we know that some will lie, perjure, and defile themselves with any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine (1Timothy 1:10). And we have to be constantly reminded that some will not endure sound doctrine but because they want their ears scratched will gather to themselves false teachers (2Timothy 4:3).

5. The house and church which did not materialize are more evidence that the "Jesus" she is listening to is not the same "Christ Jesus" of the bible; whom we are to worship and follow. No matter how well-meaning she may be: the Word of God must be up-held, and truth from error exposed.
 We are given clear biblical guidelines in scripture to open our eyes, and set us on the right path. I pray we all will heed them, before it is too late.

yep,no one can answer that question because i beileve no one truly knowes the true .Only the Holy Spirit ca answer that question.

A Prelude to judgement

Coincidence is not a kosher word in my dictionary - also according to Hebrew rabbinical teachings.
Anyone who has open eyes and has intensely studied eschatology for more than 3 years, knows of the discovery of Mark Biltz, the Messianic, who found the Tetrad (the bracketing of the Hebrew years starting with a lunar bloodmoon eclipse and ending with a bloodmoon eclipse 2 years in a row which can be found on google or youtube or on El Shaddai Ministries which is Mark Biltz Website at http://www.elshaddaiministries.us/stipulation.html for closer revelation of the meaning) over 2014-2015 BUT also prefixed by the 3 Solar Eclipses on the 9th of Av 2008, 2009 and 2010.
Av is the month of mourning to the Hebrews and when a Solar Eclipse occurs on 9th of Av, as so graphically seen the past 3 x 9th of Av occurrences, and taking the Hebrew teaching of Solar Eclipse = Judgment on the nations and Lunar eclipse or Blood moon = Judgment on Israel into consideration just see for yourselves the prelude to the Tribulation Period.
1st 9th of Av - 2008 Financial Judgment as seen end of Sept 2008 and following.
2nd 9th of Av - 2009 Disease and earthquakes.
3rd 9th of Av - 2010 Floods(the worst in living memory), Drought, Fire and the Gulf disaster and the impending ME Wars that are being escalated by the islamists in the region of the Middle East and North Korea - well they ain’t seen nothing yet.
These disasters are only the prelude to the coming events - when the Restrainer, who is now due to be removed, and the earth and its inhabitants are left to their own 'instruments' as the financial guru's term their efforts, then escalation on a very grand scale is already starting.
The LORD says to the members of the Restrainer - be of good faith, for you are worthy to escape - I the LORD of Hosts & King of Kings declares that I have counted the hairs on everyone of MY children and I will come as MY promises are true and just and I will snatch you away - The day and hour that nobody knows, is at hand – the Feast of Trumpets, because it is the day and hour that nobody knows (Hebrewspeak) as it falls into a 48 hour period and is only declared when 2 witnesses see the first glimmer of the new monn and declare it to the Sanhedrin, only then is the feast day announced and GOD only has the event in HIS hand.
As Perfectly as I have fulfilled the feasts of the LORD in order, the hiatus of the past 2000 years is at an end, and I will fulfill the last feasts in good order, says the LORD of Hosts.

The word anathema simply means "accursed." The word maranatha means "Lord, come."
"Whoever doesn't love Jesus, let him be accursed." Is this a word of harshness? I don't think so. I think Paul took pen in hand to plead with the Corinthians, saying, "If you don't love the One who is altogether lovely, the One who died for you, the One who cares about you, the One who gave everything that He might be with you in this life and in the ages to come; if you don't love this One who is all-wise and all-knowing yet all-loving and all-forgiving, then you curse yourself. (CHICAGO) Wheat speculators slowed their bets on higher prices after the biggest monthly gain in Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) futures in 37 years, a sign the rally may be peaking, according to Grain Service Corp.
 
Serious situation: Wheat prices have surged as a lack of rain in Russia (above), Kazakhstan and the EU and flooding in Canada ruined crops. Russia declared drought emergencies in at least 27 regions by Aug 3 and last week imposed an export ban through the end of the year 
Speculators including hedge funds raised their net-long positions in futures and options by 5.3 per cent in the week ended Aug 3, the smallest increase since they turned bullish last month, US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) data on Aug 6 show. Prices that had as much as doubled to US$8.68 a bushel since June 9 fell 60 US cents to US$7.5525 on Aug 6, the most allowed by the exchange.

'If we haven't seen the top, we're probably very close,' said Diana Klemme, director of the grain division of Grain Service Corp, a consultant and broker in Atlanta. Ms Klemme worked in the cash-grain industry in the 1970s and sits on the risk-management committee of the National Grain & Feed Association, whose members handle 70 per cent of US grains and oilseeds.

Wheat prices surged as a lack of rain in Russia, Kazakhstan and the European Union and flooding in Canada ruined crops. Russia, the world's third-biggest producer, declared drought emergencies in at least 27 regions by Aug 3 and last week imposed an export ban through the end of the year. It also said that neighbours including Kazakhstan and Belarus should join the ban.

Prices jumped to a 23-month high of US$8.68 on Aug 6 before closing down 7.4 per cent, the biggest drop since June 2009.

Speculators shifted to a net-long position in wheat during the week that ended July 13, after betting all year that prices would fall. They have increased that bullish holding in the past three weeks. Index funds that doubled their holdings since March 2009 cut their net-long positions in two of the past three weeks, CFTC data show.

Long positions outnumbered shorts, or bets that prices would fall, by 36,118 futures and options contracts on Aug 3, the data show. The net-long position rose 37 per cent a week earlier and more than doubled in each of the previous two weeks.

Commodity index funds had a net-long position of 197,401 contracts, down 252 from the previous week, or 0.1 per cent, CFTC data show. Before then, the position had jumped 35 per cent this year and in May reached 197,713 contracts, the highest level since at least June 2006, the earliest data available.

Wheat futures for delivery in September, the closest to expiration, may sink as low as US$6.25 'pretty rapidly', said Roy Huckabay, executive vice- president of the Linn Group, a commodity trading adviser in Chicago. That would be 14 per cent below last week's closing price at US$7.2575.

The slowing pace of speculator holdings may signal that traders 'are shifting attention now out of wheat and into corn', where demand is increasing from end-users including livestock producers, said Grain Service Corp's Ms Klemme.

Mr Huckabay said that last year, world livestock producers used 18 per cent of the wheat crop for animal feed, and the surge in prices last week will force some to use corn, a cheaper alternative.

Cash wheat prices in Kansas City rose to a premium of US$1.7662 a bushel over corn on Aug 5, the highest since July 2009, USDA data show. Wheat futures for December delivery on the CBOT were almost twice the value of December corn futures, the highest spread since March 2008. In the past two years, wheat averaged about 1.43 times more than corn, exchange data show.

Speculators may shift away from wheat because corn has better prospects for a rise in prices. Corn gained 3.3 per cent to US$4.20 a bushel last week, trailing the rally in wheat, partly because US farmers boosted sales of inventory from last year's corn crop. -- Bloomberg

As Sandra Sadiq said, we also need to pray for our pastors and ministers - especially the ones that do not teach on this subject, to open their hearts and minds and to equip their flock.

GOD always does amazing things in a Jubilee Year

The year 2017 is a Jubilee Year, also the Year 1967 (fifty years earlier) was also a Jubilee Year. Did anything of any Biblical importance happen in 1967 – Israel got Jerusalem back!  Jubilee Years are very important in God's Biblical Prophecies or He would not have decreed them to be.
 
The next Jubilee Year begins on Tishri 10, 5777 ten days following Rosh Hashanah/Feast of Trumpets Tishri 1, 5777 which is September 21, 2017.
 
October 25, 2010 begins the 2,520 day count-down according to Daniels last Shabuah, to September 21, 2017. The day of November 6, 2010 is the first New Moon following October 25, 2010.
 
There are seven solar years plus 12 days (2,567 days) from Rosh Hashanah/Feast of Trumpets September 9, 2010 to Rosh Hashanah/Feast of Trumpets September 21, 2017 - but the '70th Week of Daniel' is only 2,520 Biblical Days in length; therefore the '70th Week of Daniel' must begin on October 25, 2010.
 
I believe that the prophecy of the 'Second Coming' of our Lord Jesus to be during the 'Fall Feasts' of the Jubilee Year 2017.
 
If the year 2017 is a Jubilee Year, then the year 1917 (100 years earlier) must also have been a Jubilee Year. Did anything of Biblical importance happen in 1917 - YES
 
The Balfour Declaration was the pledge made by the British Parliament on November 2, 1917 to support the Zionist Cause to establish a new Jewish homeland. This declaration promised to create a Jewish National Home in Palestine. This was fulfilled on May14, 1948.
 
God causes 'Big Things' to happen in Jubilee Years.
On Rosh Hashanah/Feast of Trumpets September 21, 2017 (Tishri 1, 5777) the Nation Israel will be 69 years of age - having had its 69th birthday previously on May 14, 2017. May 14, 2018 would ordinarily be its 70th birthday.
 
I believe that the "great tribulation" of Matthew 24 will abruptly end ( ie. be cut-short ) for the Nation Israel before it attains the age of seventy years by the 'Second Coming' of our Lord on Rosh Hashanah/Feast of Trumpets September 21, 2017. The Jubilee Year begins ten days later on the Day of Atonement Tishri 10, 5777 when the Lord re-claims the earth to be His own Kingdom.
